At this year’s Gala & Cultural Leadership Awards we are thrilled to honor Alice Walton and Wangechi Mutu for their extraordinary contributions to the visual arts.

Ms. Walton is the founder of the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and a visionary philanthropist committed to educating audiences about American art.  Ms. Mutu is one of the most acclaimed contemporary African artists working today, recognized for her beautiful and meaningful work dealing with gender, race, and colonialism.
