AFA members are invite to a before-hours tour led by Kristina Parsons, Leon Levy Assistant Curator at The Jewish Museum, exploring the first museum exhibition honoring Gaby Aghion, the visionary founder of the Chloé fashion house.
Mood of the moment: Gaby Aghion and the house of Chloé will feature nearly 150 unique garments including works by Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, and Phoebe Philo among others, alongside rarely seen archival design sketches. The exhibition will showcase 70 years of the label’s history, from Aghion as a leader in luxury ready-to-wear clothing to each subsequent creative directors’ innovations.
