We are pleased to invite you to a private tour of Modigliani Unmasked. The tour will be led by Shira Backer, a former AFA Curatorial Associate and now the Leon Levy Curatorial Associate at The Jewish Museum.

Modigliani Unmasked considers the work of Amedeo Modigliani (Italian, 1884-1920), celebrated artist of  Sephardic background, shortly after he arrived in Paris in 1906. The exhibition includes approximately 150 works, many from the collection of Dr. Paul Alexandre his close friend and first patron, as well as a selection of  paintings, sculptures, and other drawings from collections worldwide.
